International Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has departed Australia, it will be handed over to your local postal service for final delivery.
For example:
- United States – USPS
- United Kingdom – Royal Mail
- Canada – Canada Post
- New Zealand – NZ Post
You can continue to use the same tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to track your parcel with your local postal service once it arrives in your destination country.
Please note that tracking updates may pause briefly while the parcel is being transferred between carriers and processed through customs.
ORDER CONFIRMATION - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Once your parcel leaves Australia, it will be transferred to your local postal service for final delivery (for example, USPS in the United States).
You can continue using the same tracking number to track your parcel with your local postal service.
Tracking may take a few days to update while the parcel is in transit between carriers and customs processing.
RETURNS POLICY
- Returns are valid on all full priced items within 21 days of purchase.
- For our Australian customers, we charge $10 for the return postage label.
- For international customers, we charge $15 for return postage, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds, we can however offer an exchange.
- Items listed as "FINAL SALE" or "WAREHOUSE SALE" are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your item is in its original condition and has the tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot refund garments that show signs of wear and tear.
- You have 21 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. Once processed, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.

external stockists
Suboo items purchased through external stockists are in accordance with the individual stockists's purchase policy and can only be returned to their original place of purchase.
