We deliver to

Currently, we ship within Australia and Internationally. 

Please allow up to two working days from the time of purchase for your goods to be dispatched.

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Australian Orders

Australian orders take between 3 hours and 8 days depending on your location, via DHL, Australia Post or Local (NSW) Couriers depending on the delivery area.

In order to ensure the safe delivery of your Suboo purchase, please note that our courier requires a signature upon receipt of goods. We therefore require a work delivery address whereby someone can sign for your Suboo package between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

We offer:

Free Standard Shipping when you spend over $150 or $12.00 for all other items.

Express Shipping  - $15.

Same Day Delivery within the Sydney Metro Area Only -  $18

USA / International Orders

International orders are sent via DHL and are dispatched from our Sydney-based head office. Each delivery has its own unique tracking number that can be traced by the customer. This service takes up to 5 working days from dispatch. For remote areas please allow and extra 2 days for out of area deliveries.

All International shipping is $15.00 for all items.

Returns Policy

No returns on reduced or sale items.

Our standard policy is to accept returns on full priced items within 14 days from the date of delivery. You are entitled to a refund should it meet the below requirements:

- tags attached

- garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed

Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns for items where its obvious that the item has been worn.

The customer is responsible for shipping the goods back to the address below:

All returns must be issued with an RA number, please email info@suboo.com.au to obtain one.

The RA number will expire after 14 days therefore; garments must be received within two weeks from the date that the RA was assigned.

Returns based on a change of mind or any other reason, will be credited the amount of the purchase price upon receiving the SUBOO product. All shipping fees are at the expense of the customer. Any wear and tear visible to the product returned will allow SUBOO to withhold the amount of the purchase in full. Returns for a genuine flaw of the product will only be made on a case by case basis which will be reviewed by SUBOO. You will not be charged for the shipping of your product if there is a manufacturing fault.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days to complete your return. All exchanges of product is subject to availability.

Exchange Policy

No exchange on reduced or sale items.

The customer will be charged all shipping fees for the exchange and the new item may still be subject to your countries duties and taxes. Please email info@suboo.com.au to notify that you are exchanging your order, including your name, item you wish to exchange to and reason for exchange. Return address for exchanges must be sent to the address below:

Exchanges can be made within 7 days upon receiving the goods. Used product of any kind will be returned to the customer, without evaluation. No soiled or damaged items will be accepted.

Terms & Conditions

Suboo reserves the right to cancel any order at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or numbers provided. We will refund all payment using the original method received. All orders are subject to availability of stock. Suboo will take all reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are true and correct.
