SHIPPING TO THE USA
Prior to 2nd May 2025, orders shipped to the USA under $800USD will not be subject to additional US Tariffs.
Orders over $800USD shipped to the USA will be subject to a tariff of 145% + import duties.
From 2nd May 2025, all orders shipped to the USA regardless of the value of your order will be subject to additional US tariffs, duties, and taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are billed via the shipping carrier upon entry to the US.
Please note: All Suboo products are designed in Australia. Our country of export is Australia, and the country of origin is China. This may impact duties and taxes payable by the recipient for US-bound orders.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours between Monday - Friday.

RETURN POLICY
- We are happy to offer returns for full-price items. For our Australian customers, we charge $8 for the return postage label, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Please note that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have used the 10% Sign Up code for your first purchase and the item is full-priced, you are eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit note. However, sale items purchased with this code cannot be returned.
- To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your item is in its original condition and has the tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot refund garments that show signs of wear and tear.
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. Once processed, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
